Saturated Simplicity uses layers in artistic photos because it makes the viewer think twice on what they are actually seeing. It's all about making the mind believe it's seeing one thing when actually it's another. The reason why Saturated Simplicity does that is because she does not believe in taking a photo that looks like something someone else has already taken.
